Granite City Motor Car Coronavirus Precautions

Our top priority at Granite City Motor Car is the health and safety of our wonderful customers. We have been closely following the World Health Organization and Center for Disease Control's protocols and guidelines for preventing the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and have implemented precautions above what we already practice during the typical flu season. While we already have a high standard for cleanliness in our facility, we want to assure our guests that we take many precautions such as:

• Persistently sanitizing high touch areas including counters, tabletops, phones, keyboards, door handles, writing utensils, paper towel dispensers, and many other common area surfaces during business hours.
• Our employees already practice excellent hygiene in hand washing but have increased the frequency to ensure minimal risk.
• Having hand sanitizer, tissues, and sanitizing wipes available to all customers and employees throughout the dealership.
• Sick leave is required for any employee experiencing symptoms. We are very fortunate that none of our staff are currently infected, nor are they displaying any symptoms.
• The hardest precaution for us is refraining from shaking hands, as we see it as a sign of good faith that you made the right decision in coming to Granite City Motor Car. It is worth the temporary change to ensure the safety of all our guests.

Since 2010, (well before the outbreak of this most recent virus) we have been providing customers with the option of purchasing at the dealership as well as your home or workplace. We want to remind our loyal customers we are willing to go above and beyond so they are comfortable through the entire buying process.
